Fr. Susai Manickam passed away at the age of 45.

Fr. Susai Manickam

It is too sad to report that the founding parish priest of St. Joseph’s Church, Tarapur, Gujarat, Fr. Surai Manickam passed away today. He was only 45 years of age and was on his visit to a nearby village when he had a cardiac arrest. His parish was adopted by St. David’s parish in Maple, Canada as a sister-parish. Hon. Bishop Thomas Macwan of Ahmedabad Diocese has just attended the annual fund raising event organized by St. David’s Parish, Maple, Canada on March 01, 2014.

May God rest him in peace.
