I am really very happy to know that the first awards on Joseph Macwan Sahitya and Joseph Macwan Karmasheel will be given to the deserving candidates on 23rd November 2014. Congratulations and my best wishes for the success of the function. I had happened to know him and had very little communication we had but I feel he was a great personality and a great leader. When I was at Karamsad and in an inauguration of Manibhai Shivabhap Patel Cancer Centre I met him. Since I was responsible for invitations, I remember, in our list his name was not there. Therefore I just casually asked him how he was there. Then he told me that he was a member of the Manibhai Shivabhai Trust. Great. He was more known to outside our community. It was sad that our community there was different opinions and therefore the community lost a lots.
