New CNI Church opening and dedication of Thuti Devalpada, Gujarat was held on Saturday, May 19, 2018.
The new CNI church opening ceremony was held on Saturday, May 19, 2018 in Thuti Devalpada, Gujarat. The Rt. Rev. Probal Kanto Dutta a deputy moderator presided over ceremony, which included a ribbon cutting, a dedication along with Rt. Rev. Silvans Christian, Bishop of Gujarat and Mr. Vasantbhai J. Patel, Secretary-Gujarat Diocese.

We need your urgent prayers for Roger (Christian) Patel of North Bergen.
One Christian Family living in North Bergen is in needs for our urgent prayers. A young and very active member of Gujarati Christian community Roger Christian (Patel), son of Mr. Hiren Patel was admitted to the Jersey City Medical Center this morning. Right now he is in a critical condition and on the ventilator. He is fighting for his life and he need our prayers very urgently. The family is from Maninagar, Ahmedabad.
Please have a special prayer for him so our loving God grant him speedy recovery. Thank you.

Sr. Smita Thomas Parmar was honored with unconquerable women award on May 22, 2018
The well-known newspaper from Bihar “Prabhat Khabar” organized an event to honor unconquerable women of Bihar throughout Bihar. Sr. Smita Thomas Parmar from Anand currently working in Vaishali, Bihar was one of the 15 women honored on Tuesday, May 22, 2018 at Akshay Vat Rai Stadium, Hajipur, Bihar.
She was awarded Zila Mahila Sanman along with 26 other women on International day, March 08, 2015. Sr. Smita is working in rural-Dalit area educating the poor and bringing health awareness. She is also trying hard for girls education. Congratulation to Sr. Smita and May God help her in her work and provide all needed help.
