The founding father of Hope UMC-Naperville, Mr. Vinodchandra William Chitnis, entered heaven on the morning of April 06, 2021. He was also one of the founders of “Indian Christian Federation of Midwest”.

Lord, your beloved servant, has come to you to meet, and we pray for the family and friends here who are grieving the loss. We ask for your presence and comfort for all. In Risen Christ’s name, we pray. Amen.

7th Annual  Congressional Awards Gala 2017 was held on Sunday, October 29, 2017 at Meadows Convention Center, 2950 W Golf Road, Rolling Meadows, IL 60008. U.S. Congressman Danny K. Davis’s Multi Ethnic Advisory Task Force was established in 2010. The 7th Congressional district’s MEATF plays an important role in promoting and protecting minorities.  The Annual Award attracts physicians, professionals and businessmen from all walks of life, especially from 24 ethnic communities including Africa, Mexico, Nigeria, Ghana, India, Vietnam, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, Jordan, Middle East, Palestine, Korea, China, Japan, Philippines, Greece, Ukraine etc.
Congratulation to Mr. Babu Varma. Mr. Babu Varma was one the several recipients of this year’s congressional community heroes  award – father of the year. Mr. Babu Varma is a well-known community leader in Chicago area. He is a president of Indian Christian Federation of Midwest. He is very active in FIA activities.
