It is very sad to report that the well-known community leader, noble and kind Mr. Linus Taylor Passed away this morning at 12:13AM. This news is so socking for all of us as we met with him on May 16, 2015 at the sweet sixteen party of Mr. Kirit Jakaria’s daughter. We laughed together, danced together and had lots of fun. Exactly one month after he is no more. May God rest him and peace. May God give comfort to his friends and family.

 

The funeral arrangement are being worked out at this moment. It will be published upon confirmation.

  2. Linus uncle was a very good friend of our late father and very loving family friend for years. I pray beloved Linus Taylor’s legacy will be a source of joy. Deeply sorry for your loss. Our thoughts & prayers are with entire family. Special message from our uncle Gilbert Chowhan. Linus was a great person and true friend he will live on in everyone memories forever. He will miss his regular visits.

  3. I remember Linus uncle when he first came to Brooklyn. He founded the GCFA with my father Lamuel Jacob Merchant. My father considered Linus Uncle one of his very close friends and companions. “Chairman” was the affectionate nickname he went by. Linus Taylor will be sorely missed by all the people he helped and whose lives he touched. R.I.P. Linus Uncle. I take great joy and consolation in knowing that these two friends (Linus and Lamu) are reunited in Heaven.
